ETL stands for "extract, transform, load". ETL systems make it easier to move and manipulate large amounts of data between various systems. In the 2023 Release Wave 2, the Dynamics 365 Field Service app underwent a significant overhaul with a refreshed user interface to manage work orders that saw the demotion of the Timeline from the main General tab, and the replacement of the Business Process Flow (BPF) with the new Dynamic Booking Card.
